Become a partner in transforming lives — together we restore dignity and hope.
Become a MemberIn World's political history, there are a few names known not for hollow slogans but for actions. Chairman Rawal Foundation Khaqan Waheed Khawaja is one of them—a leader who has won hearts without entering the power corridors.
His humanitarian services revolve around the welfare concept of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Rightly Guided Caliphs (RA), where the purpose of leadership is to serve the people rather than merely rule them.
In the Field of Education, Technical Education, Healthcare, and Economic Empowerment, his vision has been the same: to bridge the gaps left by systems and provide dignified support to those in need.
This vision took practical form in 2023 through the Rawal Institute of Health Sciences initiative, described as Pakistan's first public health card model—a quiet revolution focused on transforming lives rather than attracting attention.
In 2024, the scope of service expanded further, and by 2025, through collaboration with Askari Insurance, the mission became even stronger.
For an annual contribution of only PKR 25,000, a family of five can access healthcare benefits including treatment, medicines, and laboratory services worth up to PKR 500,000.
These figures represent more than statistics—they represent hope, security, and dignity for countless families.
At a time when service is often used for branding and politics frequently centers around self-interest, Khaqan Waheed Khawaja's journey reflects a different philosophy: people first, systems second.
For this reason, many compare his humanitarian role to that of Mother Teresa not because of publicity or recognition, but because of practical services delivered directly to communities.
