Death is a certainty for every living being. The Rawal Foundation provides financial assistance for funeral and burial expenses to those without means, including arranging shroud (kafan) and burial (tadfeen) as an ongoing project.
Supporting poor girls, widows, and needy guardians with essential household forming items and financial relief for wedding expenses.
Delivering daily free meals via "Rawal ka Dastarkhawan", along with special Ramzan Sehri/Iftari drives and continuous monthly ration distributions.
Empowering marginalized children through accessible schooling networks, active student support systems, and local community learning programs.
Providing interest-free financial aid and clean solutions aligned with Islamic principles to help communities build sustainable livelihoods.
Mobilizing volunteer structures and development initiatives to ensure strategic relief work reaches needy citizens safely.
Leadership in Education: As Chairman, he oversees multiple educational institutions, including: Rawal Institute of Health Sciences Rawal College of Nursing Rawal College of Pharmacy Rawal Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences For nearly 18 years, he has worked to keep medical education accessible and affordable, producing thousands of doctors, nurses, and pharmacists serving in Pakistan and abroad. Key Educational Contributions Affordable fee structures for deserving students, Financial support for students in need, Free German language classes for nursing students, enabling international career opportunities, Free E-Commerce and Technical Education Classes. Khaqan Waheed Khawaja under Rawal Foundation has adopted many government & private schools where he provides free books , uniforms , stationery and pay fees of the students.

With a vision to provide quality healthcare under one roof, he established Rawal General & Dental Hospital in 2011 with his own investment without accepting any donation or financial support.
Started in 2010 with experienced medical specialists.
Initially a 200-bed facility on Lehtrar Road, Islamabad.
Expanded to a 650-bed state-of-the-art hospital.
Introduced advanced departments including:
• Cardiac Surgery
• Neurosurgery
• Paediatric Surgery
• Orthopaedics
• Urology
• Dialysis & Endoscopy Units
• Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
50% of hospital beds are reserved for charity patients, reflecting his strong commitment to affordable healthcare.
Affordable & Free Healthcare Initiatives
To support low- and middle-income families, he introduced:
• Health Cards offering up to 50% discount on treatment
• Free treatment and medicines for deserving patients
• Financial support for surgeries and emergency care
Thousands of patients benefit every year from these initiatives.
At Rawal Hospital, about 12 to 15 operations are performed daily across different departments. On a yearly basis, this number reaches several thousand operations.
